How to add facebook feed to sharepoint online

In this article we are going to get answer for the question "How to add Facebook feed to SharePoint page" or "How to embed Facebook feed on SharePoint page". We can easily embed the Facebook feeds using the embed web part.  

You can embed Facebook public feeds on your site by following this steps:

  1.  First, we need to get embed coed from Facebook page plugin.
  2.  Now paste the Facebook page URL and and set the height - width.

   3.  Now click on the get code. Select IFrame and copy the code.

 4.  Once you get the code, Login on your SharePoint site where you want to add the code and add embed web part.


5.  After adding the web part, paste the embed code and republish the page. If you get error, move to point 6.

   
6.  Error "Embedding content from this website isn't allowed, but your admin can change this setting. They will need to add 'www.facebook.com' to the list of sites that are allowed." is stating that feed from website facebook is not allowed. To resolve this move on the site settings  and move to HTML Field Security.



7.   In box next to Allow Iframes from this domain:  type facebook and add this domain. Click on OK.

8.  Now repeat step 5 and paste the embed code. Now facebook feeds display on the page.

Content editor web part missing in SharePoint/Modern SharePoint.

Media and content editor web part missing in SharePoint online. At Some Point, you need to add content editor web part into the modern site but the content editor web part did not appear on the page, to appear content editor web part on page you need to follow the below steps.
1 Log in as the SharePoint Global Administrator or SharePoint Administrator.
2.  Log in and navigate to your site collection ("https://xyz.sharepoint.com") and under the site settings activate the below features. Site settings – site features – SharePoint Server Publishing.Site Settings – Site Actions – Manage site features- SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure.             For this, you also need to enable Custom site scripts on your site collection(But In Modern SharePoint Its not recommended to enabling custom site scripting) For this go to the  SharePoint Admin center – Settings -  Classic settings page (option mentioned on page)- Scroll the page you found an option for the Custom Script.
